Payments
How do I pay for my order?
Checkout is handled by Cashfree Payments. When you place your order you are taken to Cashfree's secure payment page, you pay there, and you are brought straight back to us. Your payment is confirmed to us automatically ā there is nothing to send us afterwards.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and any other UPI app), debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets ā whichever of these Cashfree offers you on the payment page. Shipping is free across India, so the total shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Your payment is taken on Cashfree's own secure payment page. House of Luma never sees or stores your card number, UPI PIN or bank login ā we only receive Cashfree's confirmation that the payment succeeded, and a reference for it.
How do I know my payment went through?
Cashfree returns you to a confirmation page that shows the status of your payment, and we treat only Cashfree's own confirmation as proof that it succeeded ā not the fact that your browser came back. A payment that does not complete simply leaves the order unpaid, and nothing is dispatched against it.
Orders & Shipping
How will I get my order confirmation?
Every order carries an order reference (like HOL-260826-K4RT). Once Cashfree confirms your payment, your order is recorded against that reference and shown to you on the confirmation page. Our team follows up with your order confirmation over WhatsApp or email, usually within a few hours during business hours. Tracking details follow as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24ā48 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days across India.
What if my payment fails part way through?
Nothing is dispatched against an order Cashfree has not confirmed as paid, so a failed or abandoned payment costs you nothing to retry ā return to your cart and place the order again. If your bank shows a debit but the confirmation page does not show your order as paid, message us on +91 91092 45055 with your order reference and we will check the transaction with Cashfree.

Do your infusions contain caffeine?
No. All three blends ā Blue Herbal, Flora Bloom and Botanic Rhythm ā are 100% caffeine-free, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
How many servings are in a tin?
Each tin contains 15 biodegradable pyramid infusion bags (Net Wt. 30g). Steep one bag in water at 90Ā°Cā95Ā°C for 3 to 5 minutes.
