1. Shipping Policy
Shipping is free across India — the price you see at checkout is the total you pay, with no delivery charge added.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of payment being confirmed by our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, of our WhatsApp confirmation). We ship across India through verified logistics partners. Standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days based on the delivery destination. Tracking information is shared directly via WhatsApp or email upon dispatch.
2. Returns, Damage & Discrepancy Policy
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our botanical infusions, we do not accept general returns or offer automatic product replacements.
If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged package, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photographic proof of the product and packaging. Our team will review the submitted proof on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate resolution.
3. Terms & Conditions
By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with our operating terms. All pricing, product descriptions, and launch discounts are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are collected through Cashfree Payments, and an online order is treated as placed only once Cashfree confirms the payment to us. Cash on Delivery orders are treated as placed once we confirm them with you on WhatsApp, and a COD fee of ₹20 applies to single-tin orders (free on orders of two or more tins); House of Luma retains the right to delay dispatch pending payment clearance.
4. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information (Name, Phone Number, Email and Delivery Address) strictly for order fulfillment, dispatch logistics, and customer support. Payment details are entered on Cashfree's own payment page and are never seen or stored by House of Luma — we receive only the status of the payment and a reference for it. These order and contact details are kept strictly confidential and are never shared, sold, or rented to outside parties. If you start an order but don't finish it, we may message you on WhatsApp to help you complete it.
Your cart is stored in your own browser using local storage so that it survives a page refresh. It never leaves your device until you place your order at checkout.
We use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel (from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how this website is used and which products people view and buy. We use this to see how the site and our Facebook and Instagram shop and advertising are performing, not to identify individual visitors. Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address are not sent to any of them.
