Shipping is free across India — the price you see at checkout is the total you pay, with no delivery charge added.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of payment being confirmed by our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments. We ship across India through verified logistics partners. Standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days based on the delivery destination. Tracking information is shared directly via WhatsApp or email upon dispatch.
2. Returns, Damage & Discrepancy Policy
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our botanical infusions, we do not accept general returns or offer automatic product replacements.
If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged package, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photographic proof of the product and packaging. Our team will review the submitted proof on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate resolution.
3. Terms & Conditions
By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with our operating terms. All pricing, product descriptions, and launch discounts are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are collected through Cashfree Payments, and an order is treated as placed only once Cashfree confirms the payment to us; House of Luma retains the right to delay dispatch pending payment clearance.
4. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information (Name, Phone Number, Email and Delivery Address) strictly for order fulfillment, dispatch logistics, and customer support. Payment details are entered on Cashfree's own payment page and are never seen or stored by House of Luma — we receive only the status of the payment and a reference for it. These order and contact details are kept strictly confidential and are never shared, sold, or rented to outside parties.
Your cart is stored in your own browser using local storage so that it survives a page refresh. It never leaves your device until you place your order at checkout.
We use Google Analytics to see how this website is being used. It records the pages visited, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location worked out from the visitor's IP address, and it stores cookies in the browser to do so. We use this to understand how the site is performing overall, not to identify individual visitors. The name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order reference you give us at checkout are not sent to Google Analytics.
